ReadyLIFT's SST Lift Kits offer an economical, safe way to adjust vehicle ride height, allowing for larger tire upgrades. Their SST Suspension Lift System, specifically for 2005-2022 Six-Lug Toyota Tacoma TRD / SR5 / Rock Warrior / Prerunner trucks (P/N 69-5112), raises the truck by 2.75"-3.0". This kit includes a 1.0" tapered rear lift block and fits all 2005-2023 Tacoma and Prerunner models, both 2WD and 4WD. It enables the use of up to 33" tire diameters while maintaining the stock ride and handling, although 32.5" tires are recommended. Minor trimming of the inner fender well is necessary for fitting 33" tires, and the kit includes sway bar drop brackets. For 2016-2022 models, a deceleration vibration issue is noted, and trucks with the "Crawl Feature" transfer case should avoid using differential drop spacers. The lift amount varies between 2.75" and 3.0" due to differences in individual trucks. TRD-equipped trucks usually have less front-to-rear rake. Some older Tacomas with factory 2 leaf plus overload rear spring packs, prone to sagging, are being updated by Toyota to a 3+1 pack.
