The Rounded Front Face Bar/Plate Design optimizes airflow through the core and is a true "Drop-in Fit" Plug-and-Play Design. In testing the CSF Intercooler showed Intake Air Temperatures (IATs) that were 38?F (21?C) lower than factory after just 3 consecutive pulls from 4k RPM to 5.8K RPM. In that test, the CSF Intercooler maintained stable IATs. While most intercoolers don't offer immediate performance gains without increasing boost pressure, the CSF Intercooler shows an increase of 15-20hp on stock N55 Powered BMW's and 25+hp on modified examples.
