Banks' exclusive Super-Scoop® is an add-on product to the Ram-Air® Intake System. The Super-Scoop connects below the front bumper, forcing a big charge of cool pressurized ram air into the Ram-Air Intake's air filter housing. The air provided to the engine now has greater density and makes more power than the warmer engine bay air because it is drawn from outside the engine compartment.With the Super-Scoop’s cool denser air, fuel economy improves while smoke and exhaust temperatures are reduced. It also has built in funnels for rainwater and debris to drain out of the bottom.
