2004-2019 Ford F150- 4.0'' Tall Rear Block Kit. PN 5-5007Rugged Off Road 4Inch rear block kit for 2004-2019 Ford F150 trucks. Comes complete with vehicle specific heavy duty u-bolts and hardware. Factory style construction. Includes factory style bump stop landing and location pins. Adds a nice rake for towing or hauling additional weight in the bed. Easy to install. Does not require any permanent modifications. Note: Block is 4 inches tall.
