The new and improved Brandmotion Radar Blind Spot monitoring and detection system has evolved into a universal solution for almost any vehicle. It works with any year vehicle with plastic bumper covers, including Hybrid and Electric vehicles. The newly updated and improved system uses an advanced 77-hertz radar system that integrates the ECU in the bumper sensor. The higher frequency and ECU integration allow the system to sense vehicle speed using both sensors, eliminating the need for CAN-BUS detection and unreliable GPS connections.
