Hedman Hedders has been manufacturing quality headers in the USA since 1954, and they've been manufacturing long and MID-LENGTH tube headers for Chevy trucks for nearly as long. Each set uses mild steel, smooth flowing, CNC mandrel bent tubes, that are hand-welded to ensure each pair is identical to the next. The stock-design collector of these headers allows them to bolt directly to your Chevy LS's exhaust system to bolt up, and they have provisions for EGR and NON-EGR engines. This model was tested, then issued an E.O. (Executive Order) Number by the California Air Resources Board (C.A.R.B.), making them 50 state legal for use on the vehicles listed on E.O.#D167-31.

They fit a wide range of early to 1999-2006 2WD and 4WD Chevy/GMC Trucks and SUVs, powered by a 4.8L, 5.3L or 6.0L Chevy LS engine. Included in this header's long list of applications is 1999-2006 Chevy/GMC 1/2 to 1 Ton 2WD and 4WD Silverado, Sierra, Yukon, Tahoe, Escalade, Suburban and Hummer H2 (check the application listings for exact fitment). The smooth 1-5/8 in. tubular design provides ample exhaust flow to let your truck's LS motor breathe easy, and produce significantly more horsepower and torque, while maintaining street legal status.

Each set includes a pair of header gaskets, collector gaskets, header flange bolts and collector bolts.
