Bilstein Universal Motorsports Struts are massive 46mm I.D. inverted monotube dampers intended to be adapted to MacPherson strut style suspension systems. The strut insert is provided with a blank upper-stem that can be machined down to fit a specific top mount or camber/caster plate variations. Each strut is supplied with a matched external housing that permits the builder to fabricate weld tabs for mounting the unit to a vehicle's lower steering knuckle. Additionally, the threaded housing allows the builder to adjust the ride height of the vehicle to ensure the proper ride height is met in order for the vehicle to perform at the highest level possible.
